Laurence Martin

I manage the Systems Engineering team at Rowden and am actively involved in several of our projects either as the Systems Engineering lead or in a supporting role.

For systems engineers Rowden is a young growing company, not overburdened with process and so presents an (almost) blank canvas for which to research and apply appropriate engineering techniques to aid in project delivery. The technologies are interesting and the company culture and social environment is fantastic.

My background prior to Rowden was in major defence equipment programme delivery at General Dynamics then MBDA, working as a systems engineer and technical lead I have experienced most phases of the system lifecycle.
