I'm the Chief Engineer within one of our key delivery Operating Units (OU's) here at Rowden, with a focus on our UK Systems Integration delivery contracts with UK MOD. 

In 10 years in Defence, I've had around 4 career defining moments. At Rowden, within my first year, I've had 5! The engineering pace will see you delivering key capabilities at a substantially quicker rate than the industry standard. As an engineer, this provides a great opportunity to get across the full engineering lifecycle and rapidly iterate with the latest technology. We pride ourselves on the competence and capability of our teams, and whilst this can be initially daunting to join such a high performing team, this leads to a great environment for professional growth. 

A system engineer by trade, I've been in the aeronautical and defence industry for the last 10 years. Initial focused on Aero-Mechanical Integration and Certification with the FAA, I've transitioned through Algorithm Systems-Software roles and now specialise in technical delivery across the engineering lifecycle on software centric systems.
